Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package at any time.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination:

  • France: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

From time to time, Moisturizee offers Free Shipping on eligible orders. Any applicable free shipping promotion will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Moisturizee cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
